It was a great outing. The surroundings were gorgeous, the water was warm, the food was surprisingly good for all you can eat, and the drinks were good and included.
I generally hate add ons to the basic price, but the photo package is absolutely worth it. You get photos all throughout the park without having to carry your phone with you. We didn’t pay for any other extras and had a great time.

Our family loved this park. A beautiful environment. He food was great. Drinks were great. We highly recommend this park. Less touristy than some others in the area.

We had so much fun spending the day at the park. This was my second time visiting the park and I swear it’s still just as amazing. There is always something to do and explore. The views are outstanding and the activities are phenomenal.

It is a great water park. It was one of the most unique stunning experiences to snorkel down the river. My kids age of 15 and 13 loved bicycling to the top of the river, snorkeling, cliff jumping, and mini-zip line. Food is awesome. I swear their Mexican buffet was better than the all inclusive resort (Fiesta Americana Condesa) we were staying at. Other restaurants also had pretty good selection of food.
Now, I want to mention the transportation experience to/from the hotel to the park. I’d gladly give them 5/5 rating. They showed up at the resort at 7am as promised, checked names, picked us up in a big comfortable bus. The guide(sorry forgot his name) gave a thorough overview/tips to the park though mostly was in Spanish. Park pass wrist band was given as we were boarding the bus so we went right through the entrance without getting in line for the ticket. I really liked the fact that the drivers to the park and from the park drove extra carefully so I felt very safe. There were seatbelts in the bus as well. My biggest worry at the booking was the wasted time by stopping at every hotel to pickup/drop off people, but it was so nicely organized that I was pretty impressed. Since there are a lot of resorts in Cancun peninsula, I think they divided up the regions into several sections. In other words, the bus that we took covered like 3 adjacent hotels so it doesn’t stop by every hotel. Other hotels are covered by other buses and so on. Everything went as described and planned. As the first timer to the park, I think it was totally worth the cost that we paid to get the transportation and tickets as a package. I highly recommend to get this.

My family had an amazing day here. It’s well worth the money. The park is beautiful, the staff are lovely and it’s been very thoughtfully and sympathetically designed. We didn’t pay for any extra activities – there’s so much to do included in your entrance fee. The snorkeling was great – we saw lots of fish and even a sting ray. The water slide was fun – and well managed by the staff – we went first thing as the lines got long later in the day. The lazy river, zip lines and cliff jumps were great and the lines weren’t long, although there were a lot of people on the inflatables, so that got a bit crowded. My kids (8 and 10) loved the kids adventure playground with the kids water slides and there was barely anyone else there. The food was excellent for mass catering – we ate in the international restaurant and the mexican one. The former was more of a hit with my kids. The park is well maintained and clean. The only thing we didn’t like about the park was the dolphins in captivity. They have a really small enclosure – far too small for creature of these size and intelligence. And there’s scientific evidence to prove that forced interaction with humans is stressful for dolphins. Give the dolphin activities a miss and leave with your conscience in tact. 🙂
