We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This place is brilliant. We paid for the photo package which we were a tad worried about… but we were not disappointed. You get a wristband which you scan at loads of points around the resort and take selfies.. never seen this before. You can swim with dolphins here (extra cost) but that is such a small part of this whole place. We did the adrenaline boat ride and rode the sky bikes (both of these you pay extra for). We made full use of all the included activities… lazy river through mangroves in rings stopping to ride zip wires and swing ropes into the sea on route and cliff jumping to boot. There really is so much to see and do at this place including the snorkelling and the slide which is the main attraction. This place really delivers and if you love the water this place is definately worth a visit. I would definitely go back, in fact this place was the hi-light of our holiday!!!

If you are a water enthusiast than this the place for you. Talk about all day adventure in the water. We did Para-Sailing and Sea Trek (underwater tour) and it was breathtaking. This park is a bit more affordable than its big brother park, but I find this one to be more exciting, at least for me. The snorkeling area is amazing and huge, you literally have 100’s of people snorkeling and you have plenty of room and fish a plentiful. Whats great is that the park is all-inclusive, so drinks and food are on the house. A definitely must do!

XEL-HA PARK:

Our all-day trip to Xel-Ha Park from Cancun started at 7 a.m.

This park is HUGE, and has a variety of things that are included in the cost of the park. There is a lagoon that has crystal clear water to snorkel in . . . they provide the snorkeling equipment at no extra charge, and have lockers to use at no extra charge. You get to take the snorkel itself home as a souvenir (not the mask). There are stations for life-vests as well. There is also a 98 foot water slide, and much more.

The highlight for us was swimming with the dolphins. There was an extra cost . . . $100/person, unless combined with another activity, then there is a discount. It was worth the money though.

You are not allowed to take cameras in with you as a participant when swimming with the dolphins. They take photos and sell them at an extra charge. If you have someone who is not participating he or she can stand within distance to get videos/photos.

There were a few different restaurants, and the food and drinks were included. My wife asked the server for the largest coke he had . . . see the picture attached! It was hilarious!

If there was a downside . . . there is just so much to do and not enough time to do it in a day trip. You have to pick and choose what you want to do, because something’s got to give.

It did take about 1 1/2 hours on the bus to get there from Cancun, and there were NO drinks or food offered on the bus. So, eat breakfast before you go! We got back to the hotel about 8 p.m. The bus was very comfortable.

Beautiful place to relax for the day! We started with the lighthouse waterslide anticipating a line later on. It was a cool attraction, but there were so many HUGE grasshoppers, it freaked my kids out. They were on the slides and on jumped onto my daughter while she was sliding so she did not have a good experience.

The rest of the day was flawless. There is lots of space for the crowds so we never felt crunched. The food was excellent, the staff were attentive, polite and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

Came here for the day and really enjoyed it. If you’re someone who loves all things water then it is definitely for you. We made the most out of the activities and paid to do the sea trek which was good as well. Thought the snorkelling was better than we had done out in the sea and the activities available were very good. Food and drinks were handy as were the towel and locker included in the price. We bought the photo package which was well worth the money especially if you do other paid activities as they have someone who take photos as well as the wrist band photos available. Overall a great day out! Only let down is the fact that on top of an already expensive entrance fee you then have to pay for further activities.
