We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

I visited Xel-Ha with my parents when i was just a teenager, almost 20 years ago and the memories stuck with me about it being magical, special, like nowhere else I’d ever been.
Now in my 30’s and later years of telling everyone I met about the place I decided to visit again with my partner. I got a little worried that my teenage years are somewhat viewed through rose tinted glasses and that I was going to be completely wrong.

I did not need to worry – the place is still magical and amazing. Being able to enjoy with a beer or two on my return made thee experience even more fun. Zip Lining, a REAL lazy river, snorkelling, seeing all the sea creatures, the mayan cave, the cenotes, the train, the slides the tequila!! I could go on and on, it’s incredible. Don’t take my word for it, just go!!!

I haven’t even been yet and my experience has been traumatic to say the least. I tried to book tickets via credit card last week only for the website to freeze. I then had an email from Yanely Azucena at xcaret to ask if he could help as he could see my payment had been unsuccessful. At this point however I’d already gone back on the site and paid by PayPal with no issues.
The next day I find that they have taken payment from my credit card (the payment I had been told was unsuccessful) in addition to the new payment I made via PayPal so I have paid twice! I have contacted them by email direct, Instagram, Facebook and messenger with no response – although they were very quick to email me when they thought I needed help paying in the first place! The bank can’t help at this point and I am at a loss what to do now that I am almost £600 out of pocket! I have on,y received confirmation of the payment via PayPal also.

Great day out. Booked through our TUI rep at our hotel as part of the dolphin gimmie all package. Really nice day out. Dolphin part was pretty expensive but from what I understand that is desperate to Xel-Ha. After our dolphin encounter we were free to roam around the park and use the facilities

We used the water slide which was awesome. Food and drinks were plentiful and good quality. Plenty of wildlife to look at as you’re walking round.

Used the snorkelling year and went snorkelling around the mangroves. Saw so many fish and the water was crystal clear. All in all a great day out. Just wish we had more time to do everything!

My boyfriend and I chose this excursion because we couldn’t get in the beach by the resort. SO worth it! We stayed in the water all day! They give you snorkeling equipment and you have unlimited access to food and beverages. Wish we could back. Truly a special place to be.

Visited Xel-ha with my son (10 years) and husband in April 2019. We love the water and had a great day. Paid extra for my son to take part in the manatee encounter, which he really enjoyed.

We all liked the lazy river and the zip lines you could stop at on the way down.

I thought they Park was really well organised, clean & great to have access to food & drink all day.

Also felt like a very safe environment for families. It felt like a good halfway house between nature and a more sanitised / commercial venture. Active kids will love it.
