We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Nature park/water park. My 3 boys loved it. floating down the lazy river through the man groves ,Jumping from cliffs , ziplines into water, snorkelling, Cenotes, caves , water slides and nature. Along with buffet food and drink, lockers ,towels and equipment included it’s good value. Food is good but don’t leave your plate unattended or the birds will steel food from it. It’s well organised, clean and great fun

This place is just fantastic. So much to do, so well organised. Even the food was great. Best day of our 11 day trip. We also tried Excaret Mexico but far preferred this. There is so much to do, we only managed half. Paying extra for the transport to and from the park is also great as you don’t have to queue once you arrive. Well worth the money, highly recommended.

Ok so I can’t believe this place has such high reviews. Everything there smelled. Like smelled rotten. All the cups smelled rotten because they have you dispose of your plaStic cups in waste bins and they sit there all day covered in juice and then they rewash them I’m sure but they get a smell stain like really abused Tupperware. Also the WATER WAS NOT PRETTY. Don’t pay for any extra stuff because it will not feel worth it at all and you will have fish food thrown all over you. Don’t pay for the picture wrist band bologne because most of the photo ops for it are out of the water and not even great. This whole thing is a scam and they know exactly what they are doing lol. They will have you stuck there for sometimes a literal 8 hours in an attempt to get you to buy extra activities, with no options of transportation back accept their extremely pricey taxis.

We bought this on line along with xplore before we visited Mexico. Xplore was better in my opinion.
This park had too many people making all attractions feel very crowded. Some great attraction but nothing was included in the package everything was extra. There was some great attractions sea trek looked awesome as did the adrenaline boat but at $65 each per person it made the day a lot more expensive.
Food and drink was included but average quality but you could go multiple times which my daughter took advantage of.
The water swimming and snorkelling was the best part as there was so much space. The new lighthouse slide was tall but not nearly as fast as it could have been. Water shoes are a must and ensure you use the flippers as there is a good current.

We visited xelha earlier this week. What a place! We all loved it. A natural theme park! The highlights for us were the natural lazy river and the snorkelling sights, plenty of blue fish to be seen. Unfortunately we didn’t realise what we were supposed to do and much there was to do and ended up spending too long snorkelling and didn’t see everything on offer so make sure if you go, do all the activities first and snorkel last. Enjoy!
