We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

My Fiance and I spent the day at Xel-Ha and had such a great time with all the water-based activity’s. The Water Zip wire, Lazy river, and big slide were my personal favorites! I have to say that although the Snorkelling was OK, I have had better snorkeling experiences previously, as you cannot beat the natural sea for this type of activity!

It is great that the food and drinks are included all day and the food was delicious. There is so much to do here, but please be aware that not all of the activities are included within the price, although we enjoyed our day without paying for any of the ‘extra’ activities. Although the park claims to look after the environment, with constant posters and messages regarding chemical-free sun cream, they are holding Dolphins in captivity. I do think this is a contradicting message and cruel. Xel-Ha.. please release the Dolphins and replace this area of the park with MORE WATER SLIDES and they only have one!

A really great day which I’m not going to go too much into because it’s ruined by the fact that they literary extort you for the memory of it.

After doing the dolphins, of which you can’t take your own cameras, for the full package of photos it’s over $400!! Absolutely gobsmacked. I was expecting to pay about $80 which even then for what you get would be quite expensive but affordable after you’ve spent $450 for entry for the 3 of us. The photographer spends about 40 minutes with 2 groups of people, so between us that’s 20 minutes of time per group.

Let’s say the photographer is paid $15 an hour, which in this country is probably highly unlikely! Thats $7.50 per group.

The cost of a usb drive is no more than $10, let’s allow $20 for arguments sake, that’s $27.50 in cost which they’re charging over $400 to get after. It’s actually ridiculous. You can get a wedding photographer for a full days shooting, a lot of editing (which there’s about 30 seconds worth of here), with prints etc for not much more than what they charge for a 40 minute shoot with minimal editing. When you’ve already paid to have the experience with the dolphins, it’s almost like they know you have to pay it. Absolute scam

Won’t be returning purely for that reason

We visited Xel-ha on our recent holiday to Playa Del Carmen.

(Booked through TUI £200 for 2)

We were picked up at 7am from our hotel and picked back up at 6pm.

The park is immaculate and so much to do, great day out for all the family and well worth the cost.

I went here under duress. Someone recommended it to my husband and teenager so it meant we just had to go! It makes my top 3 of parks visited. It is stunning ! Go here you won’t be disappointed. Only negative: the photo package, it’s an old system and can’t be accessed through your iPad or iPhone , needs a PC. Whereas the photo package any Xplor is far superior. Just buy one of those water proof cases and take your own. I would suggest you pay extra and do the sea walk it’s fab!

The park is awesome! it is not too crowded, but enough people to not be alone. There is a variety of thinks to do, and it perfectly fills up the whole day. The all-inclusive package is really great, as you can just get any drinks, anywhere you want, which is a big plus.

However, it is still very expensive, in my opinion, I would say the park is worth about 70$, but still, I’d recommend to visit the beautiful park.
