We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

An absolute great day. About a 1 1/2 hour bus trip from the Cancun hotel zone. I was expecting typical “all-inclusive” food buffet of lunch meat, cheese and tired chips & salsa. The food at this park is FABULOUS! I’d have to say it’s the most authentic Mexican food I’ve eaten in a long time and there is so much variety and selection. I could easily spend the entire day just trying every restaurant in the park. We wish we had spent more days at this park. It’s better than laying on the beaches in Cancun.

Great place for everyone. Kids can snorkel or play at the kids beach and playground. A lot of places to go as hangout. Food choices are excellent very varied yet authentic. The lighthouse was so cool to slide down. There is extra stuff you can do like scuba to the bottom with dolphins but there’s only so much time. The staff was great and they have stuff for larger guys up to 4x and size 13 flippers. You are more on your own here too. Random animals are also here.

Beautiful property. Well maintained and very organized. Except for the entrance. We purchased our tickets at the hotel. Turns out you need to stand in line as if you were going to purchase tickets and show them your credit card and identification. Process was lengthly but once in the park, the staff is super helpful and friendly. Lots to do and see. I love that the food was included in the price of admission. Never have to wait in line to be seated. Lots of food choices no matter your taste. Restrooms were kept clean. The water is beautiful. I wish they were open longer hours in the summer.

We had a great trip here, picked up early at 7am from the resort and arrived as the park was opening, whilst most people went for breakfast we went to the bike track and cycled to the top of the inlet and got the tubes down the inlet with cliff diving to do and other water activities, zip line etc the kids really loved this, we then went snorkelling which was great lots of lovely fish to see. The food here was of good quality with lots to choose from. We also went swimming in cenotes here and they were beautiful! The kids wanted to return the next day they enjoyed it so much!
