Too Expensive Too Crowded. Could have picked a better excursion. The lines were extremely long and thr place was too commercialized. For the money I was expecting more.

Place was amazing very fun for adults and kids. The underground river was cool and the night show was spectacular. If you are able to I recommend this place.

A Special Family MUST! The reviews that you read, that it is a long day is true, however you need to be there all day because there is so much to do at every hour. My review centers around our daughter who has autism and loves to swim. We purchased the river excursion where she did the entire 1 river. There are 3 to choose from and that’s how massive it is. Because you float along she was able to stop by the steps and use the ropes to guide her easily. After the river we had an incredible lunch at one of their many fantastic restaurants that also serves libations. The beach side is done so beautiful and pleasing and relaxing also with hammocks on the cliff side. They also have lockers and full changing areas where you can take showers and enjoy the evening there. Pace yourself but it is worth it. Don’t worry if you forget water shoes, swim shirts and suits etc. they have it all.

Seriously overcrowded. The whole day was torture. We got herded into the river (where you’re packed in with other people and kicked by people trying to get by you and probably swimming through the pee of 200 kids) and herded out. We paid a lot of money for the dolphin experience, and it was 30 minutes out of a hot, miserable, crowded, expensive day. The trainer we had only let half the people in our group off of the platform to actually let the dolphins swim around them. No idea why. We were in the smallest pool for it. NOT worth it. I heard you can have a much better experience with the dolphins at Isla Mujeres. Most of the animal exhibits that we saw had no animals visible, probably because it was so hot. Maybe it’s better in the winter, but who wants to swim in cold water when it’s cool outside?

Basically, if you like the Dallas Zoo for 10 times the money and 10 times the crowd, and you like to go on a Saturday in the summer when every kid is out of school, this is the place for you. haha

We heard the show is incredible. The singing was GORGEOUS. We could hear it as we sat in the entryway waiting for our transportation. We just didn’t want to stand in line for an hour two watch it after sweating all day.

By far the best attraction park i’ve ever been. Has every type of fun for everyone speed boat, dolphin show, rays, manatees, snorkeling, restaurants, you name it. Its about 15 minutes taxi ride from Playa del Carmen.
