In general we LOVED the park but here’s my overall experience:

We got the Xcaret Plus, including transportation and added the Xclusive for the night show; we planned our visit about a month ahead, created an itinerary so we could enjoy the best of the park in one day ( we knew we couldn’t visit the whole park in one day but at least to enjoy the best of it), well, we had to dismiss our itinerary because we didn’t make it to the park at the time we thought we would arrive, even when we get to the park at the time they just opened it was already too crowded! It took us about 20 mins to register our visit, we had breakfast in La Orquidea restaurant, they were serving tacos and trust me THEY ARE DELICIOUS! From there we started our journey going to swim with sharks, it was awesome! Then we visited the aquarium which to be honest was not as expected, we thought it was going to be bigger and with more things to watch (my wife actually thought we missed visiting the aquarium so that can give you an idea of how it was). After that we walked to the river because my kids wanted to get in there but when in the starting point they told us we had to go to get the life jackets so we had to go to that location, came back to the river’s starting point and as I was not going to get in there because back problems, I told my kids and wife I will follow them walking along the river but a very rude worker told me “you won’t, you’ll need to go to the river exit and wait there”, seemed like that person doesn’t like his job, well, just because of this guy’s attitude my wife and kids decided not to get in there so we left. Then we visited different locations like the mariposario, aviario, capilla, paneón, etc. It was so exhausted, because of COVID they had no paper maps available and even when there are maps in different locations along the park, we got lost several times and did I mention it was OVER CROWDED? It was crazy! We had lunch at La Isla restaurant, in the lower area, it is incredible, beautiful place, good customer service and food. Then we went to the Espectáculo Equestre and my family liked the show, it was not so spectacular but it was good. Wanted to mention that along the day we bought some drinks for my kids, beers for my wife and I, and a few snacks and everything is OVERPRICED, it’s excessive! We finished our visit in the Xclusive area from the Grand Tlachco to see the México Espectacular show; with the Xclusive you receive assigned seats, sweet seeds (by the way too sweet for my family and I) and a wine bottle per person, customer service was very good and show was impressive, my kids never saw a show like this before and we all loved it! We bought the pictures package and to be honest, I was expecting so much better pictures of what we got, even pictures I took with my cell phone look better so in my case was a waste of money, the only reason I think is worth it is because there are some areas were you can’t use your phone or camera to take pictures.

Amazing!!!! Please go early morning, bring just the necessary, confortable shoes a lots of energy ☺️ you will enjoy the night show😍 for me 2 days will be enough to see and check all in the park that is so worth it !

I understand that this is adapted/customized for American tourists, but anyway, it is way too expensive.
