Long lines, ok food, overcrowding. Unless you have kids, not worth it. We had a much better time experiencing real cenotes instead of a man made lazy river with screaming kids.

The park was an amazing experience overall but I highly recommend the Snuba in particular. Not only was it a beautiful, exciting experience but the staff was excellent. I have tried snuba before but always panicked and chickened out in the end. This staff explained things so well and made me feel so safe that I could finally enjoy the experience for the first time. Felipe, Christian, Jose and Alex, and 2 more who’s names I don’t recall did an amazing job.
