love this park, always a great time there, beautiful shows, traditional very good food

This park is so expensive you have to pay for everything even the air that you breathe, we are a family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids, we pay over $585 dollars to entry.
To do the dolphins ride and the sea trek under the water walking was another $668, but before the dolphins encounter, we where asking if we want to swim with the dolphins ,(obviously my kids wants to do this? That was another $49 just for my kids , and after this attraction, the pictures package was another $268 ,( because the cameras, go pro’s and any other device are prohibited) same thing with the swim trek under the water, we where asking if we want the video is another $49, and also they have cameras all over the park , you can make a picture package for another $49 , in the end we ended up paying a around $1688 American dollars or more for one day in this park and only 2 rides. It is up to you if you want to add more rides, but the prices are very similar for each attractions.
Very expensive, no even in Disney parks charge this amount of money, ridiculous.

I loved XCARET park is so much fun and beautiful. Bring good walking water shoes, a cell phone waterproof pouch or be preparer to pay about $35 American dollars for something that normally cost $5.00.
Go early and stay late so you see the show. The show is one of the best I have seen.
Wear a bathing suit and a cover up, would not recommend a thong bathing suit too much walking and too many activities so wearing a cheeky bathing can be a bit uncomfortable and most likely people will get to see between your legs. Remember is a lot walking and many many activities.

Xcaret Park… looks nice from the brochures, but a few things to keep in mind:
EVEN THOUGH WE PURCHASED TICKETS IN ADVANCE… we were in line for about an hour in order to get into the park (and this was on a TUESDAY).
Face masks (which were required in the park) are tough to wear in this heat.
Next… Unless you LOVE the heat, DO NOT go in late July. We are talking 91 degrees with 93 humidity (no fun doing ANYTHING).
We did the SEA TREK and that was fun.
Last… be very careful in their restaurants. We went to LA PENINSULA and ordered CEVICHE and 2 days later we were both down with Salmonella poisoning.

Beautiful. Just beautiful. Make sure to bring a waterproof phone bag to hold money and your phone.. Once you lock up everything in the provided lockers, it’s a pain to keep going back to retrieve things. The buffet was delightful. The place is huge, so be prepared to do alot of walking. Don’t lock up your phone and money because you won’t be able to buy stuff, buy food/drinks, take pics or communicate.
