While we vacationed in Cancun, we booked a day trip to Xcaret with my husband and 2 teenage boys. The park itself is very large and clean. The rivers require a great deal of swimming. We swam 2 of them and had a great time, but they are not lazy rivers, you do have to swim. If you decide to float, you stay in one place (FYI). A must see is the night show. The costumes, dancers 💃🏻, music and culture was simply amazing! The dinner was good, definitely worth purchasing, but from one foodie to another, it wasn’t the best ever.

I thought the butterfly sanctuary was amazing. The park has a few animals and it was incredible to see a jaguar and puma as well. There are parrots all over the place which were so colorful, and loud.

Too much to see and do in one day. The food was amazing at the buffet. We saw some beautiful pieces of art. The Sea Trek activity was a great addition to the day. My family loved Xcaret. We are excited to return.

We love the park. This is our second time going. My kids had so much fun. I contemplated driving on my own, but didn’t. I still do not know if that would have been better in order to have more flexibility getting there and back. The tour buses are good though. The underground rivers are a highlight for us.

We honestly had a great time. Activities were fun and the show in the evening was spectacular.

We got this package after the “90-min” presentation at the hotel. It was worth the presentation. There is no way I would have enjoyed myself at full price. Look for the deals.

We visited the park every single day of our holiday next door at Occidental. The Rivers were our favorite but every bit of the park was fabulous!
