I loved this park is huge we didn’t have enough time to see completely all the park! There are many restaurants, but you can eat once! I prefer Xplorer, but both are amazing I will comeback!

When to Xcaret in August 2018. It was so hot that all the animals we tried to see were hiding and we couldn’t see any of them except those in the water like sharks and turtles. All the employees want to do is getting you to one of the restaurants to spend more money (tickets are expensive themselves). I regret going there. We were exhausted, my child was so tired. It probably makes more sense to go during winter months otherwise NO. Or go for a half a day (but they didn’t have that option).

A large park, extensive and with many attractions, in addition to a great final show, recommended for all ages since there are different circuits, I recommend doing the underground river quietly, so as not to get tired from the beginning, skip it if you go with small children, that It will give time to enjoy the beach that is very calm and beautiful, I made aquariums circuit, beach, lunch, butterfly garden.

Fantastic place to explore with kids. Really interesting to see the different cultural areas of Mexico all in one place, the animals like the jaguar and the puma but many others as well. Good food and just a really cool and fun day for the whole family.

Entrance price (200USD) doesn’t include any activity of which they advertise on flyers, etc. Any type of scuba-diving, snorkeling, swimming with sharks/dolphins, boat trip etc will be another minimum 59USD. So if you want to do any activity in there, you should be prepared to spend at least 300USD per person. The transportation is a total fiasco – In the mornings the waiting time is double and in the evening actually is no free transportation to the highway. There were only some buses to other facilities – when we asked the drivers they told us to wait. After 1h waiting, we took a cab to Playa del Carmen together with some Chilean guys we met waiting for the bus. It wasn’t a good experience at all. However if you go with your children there are certain activities they would enjoy like freeing tortoise, but even though they recommend you to go and see this, is clearly a children activity.
