We would have liked to know that due to the COVID-19 situation, what activities were not open before buying our tickets online because we expected everything that we previously read that we were comparing was available, so basically when we arrived at the park we found out that half of the park approximately It was closed, full price was paid and no discount was made, we enjoyed the SNUBA tour. The buffet was very limited

We visited Xcaret on our recent trip to Riviera Maya, to take advantage of two specific offerings. Snuba, and the Dolphin encounter. The park was clean, practically empty, and we ended up having very memorable adventures *almost all to ourselves. Snuba was particularly special, I was nervous, but the guides made me feel at ease. They were constantly checking on me and my comfort level, and took amazing photos in the process.
The dolphin encounter was something I’d dreamed of doing since I was a kid. We had a lot of one on one time with a few different dolphins, plus a few of the more exciting moments like the dolphin push. The only disappointment with the dolphins was the cost of the photo package. We ended up buying only a single photo as the package was over $200, but the memories made will last a lifetime.

I could have stayed here ALL day long ! It is beautiful. More calm open water and natural pools to swim in than on the actual resort. The rivers are salt water feed from ocean beautiful turquoise blue. this is what a real resort looks and feels like with restaurants available snorkeling and lots of calm water to choose from. No hustle and bustle here just relaxation!

We were finally able to get down here due to Corona virus. Delta vacations was very flexible and this was our first trip to Mexico period. Everyone was very pleasant, the views are incredible, the food is outstanding and their parks are very unique. We loved each one and the weather worked out so the entire trip was a success.
