We’ve been here a few times and always get the plan that includes meals and equipment/ lockers. We went thru the Cenotes river twice, ate good food, went thru the aquarium, played in natural pools, but the butterfly sanctuary was closed this time and restaurants limited due to COVID. I’d recommend taking a good waterproof cell bag or buying one there. You do have options to scan your bracelet and take photos all over the park, but we had 5 ppl
In our group and although only scanned 2 bracelets and had hardly any pics, they charge per person in your group anyway, so it would have been like $120 for hardly any pics. They do have a great children’s area with splash pads, bridges, ropes walls to scale and ropes to climb down, and water slides. It’s a cool park for families. We have been to the flying men show but most of the shows start fairly late so we don’t usually watch them. They also have a lot of parrots and flamingos, which was fun for the kids.

If you want to pay a ton of money to float through a river, then not be able to get the food you pay for – go. If you want to see animals in horribly insufficient conditions, go. If you want to be forced to wear a life jacket in water that you can stand in, go.
Will I ever go again, no. It was a grossly overpriced tourist trap.

We spent about 6 hours at Xcaret as vacationers were just starting to travel again. The park wasn’t crowded, so getting around wasn’t a problem. The snuba is totally worth it!

What a great taste from everything in Cancun, finishing with this awesome visit which is a Must!!
Everything from the bus pick up which Alberto made great on our way to the park, and also Ivan and Almendra on the way back to the hotel.

This park has an amazing magic, so much to do and so much additional stuff to do. You jus cannot get bored.
We did the Adrenaline Boat which was awesome and the unbelievable dolphin swim, they both highly recommended. But if you don’t want to spend any extra you will fine plenty of activities to do for everyone.

This is one of the best experiences I ever had, my friends and I left completely satisfied and we will come back for sure.

This park is amazing! I loved the animals, the different photo ops, the river swims, and the beach. I only wish I had paid to do one of the extra activities like the Adrenalina boat. I definitely plan on visiting this place again when I return to Cancun.

My favorite part was the show at the end of the night. It was the perfect cap to the day. Very entertaining and well done.

I went with only my husband but I think this would be the perfect place to bring Kids.
