We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Our bus guide took us into the park and explained the changing room system and locations of the activities and set us on our way – our Tui guide at the hotel had suggested missing the breakfast at the park and head straight for the head of the lazy river by bike and do that first, which is what we did – we were virtually alone on our ride down the river which was a laugh a minute spotting the crabs in the mangroves, stopping off to do the zip wires and assault / obstacle course rejoining the lazy river and finding plenty of fish to see and even had one large fish rest up under my float it was between 4 and 5ft long and let me tickle its back. When we landed we took advantage of the fish food dispenser and had hundreds of fish shoaling around us.We then cycled back to the top of the river and snorkeled all the way back down, again plenty of fish were visible. The restaurant we used was absolutely fine with a good selection of food and drink. We made use of the ice cream machine and didn’t have to queue at all.
The remainder of the family had a go on the light house water slide and found it to be a quite exciting experience. We made full use of the photo system and found it good fun. We saw the Manitees and Sting rays without paying for the ‘experience’ which was good enough for us as well as photographing the dolphins prior to them being fed and they seemed to be quite happy. We had a very full day and enjoyed all of the included activities without paying extra for the optional extras. Would recommend for any swimming family.

It’s a lovely water park. However if you can’t swim you’ll find it hard going.
There is zip wires into water, bike rides, and A LOT of swimming.
Make sure you bring natural sun cream. They charge a lot and the sun cream is rubbish. Hardly waterproof and a number of people got burnt due to the poor sun cream.

We were a bit unsure initially as we didn’t want to go somewhere too commercial, it is very commercial but also an amazing place the whole coast is limestone with the largest underground river system in the world. Snorkeling, floating through mangroves, cliff jumps, zip wires, tube slides etc

What a fun and relaxing day. Nice tube ride down the jungle river. Wonderful to learn about the wild life and interact with some of them. Snorkeling was great. Lots of fun for all the family.

If you like to drink on holiday then it may not seem pricey but as we don’t, we didn’t get much value for the all inclusive price.

Cliff jumping at ~6m was fun, not enough to really scare people so was quite popular.

Large waterslide tower was fun but alot of stairs to climb.

Over water obstacle course was pretty well setup and difficult enough that plenty of people fall in.

Snorkeling was ok if you haven’t done it at tropical islands or the great barrier reef as they are far better.

Food pretty decent, wide selection.
