We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

They force you into wearing a life-vest, which prevents you from diving down into the water. It’s ridiculous. Stay at an Air B&B, so the money goes to locals. And then go to the many cenotes in the area instead. (Bring a diving mask with you. They are stunning!!!)

We showed up to our super early transportation site with all our passports and reservation ticket but forgot to bring our credit card for this all inclusive pre-purchased day. They would not take us to the park and said we needed either buy additional transportation to the park with our credit card or call to reschedule our day. Since a taxi was an extra $60 on top of the transportation we already paid for and they refused us, I called no less than 3 time to reschedule our day. They transferred and disconnected my call twice. Then I was finally able to reschedule after refusing to be transferred. They let me reschedule after paying more money since they said any dates that week cost more money. It only takes the tiniest bit of customer service to be able to recoup our experience but they refused. I will never again visit Xcaret or any of their associated parks again. They make you bring all your identification and credit to set you up for the possibility of having them stolen since you will not be using either at this all inclusive park. BEWARE and spend your time and money somewhere else!

I’ve read many of the reviews here and thought they were a bit hyper critical. This water park offers a fun, safe way for families to visit a local cenote. I’ve visited Xel-Ha in all 3 of my visits. Mostly because we love the water.
The park offers a safe fun way to enjoy a wet water park adventure with all you can eat food for the kids, especially ice cream, and drinks for the adults if you’re into that.
Complimentary lockers and towels let you jettison all your personal effects so you can go enjoy floating down the cenote, cliff jumping if you dare, zip lining or just hanging out looking at the aquatic life underneath the water. Yes life vests are required but we know our children are safe while playing on all the water attractions. We usually take a swim throughout the cenote park then find the kids, usually gorging themselves on the all you can eat ice cream cones. The park is constructed in such a way that there’s little chance of anyone getting lost.
There are a lot of good parks offering day trips and attractions but we always make time to visit Xel-Ha.

Not to be missed! Dolphins, manatees, endless fun and all inclusive food and drinks. The food was so good and the fresh fruit and juices are the best we had so far. We loved this place, just wear good sunscreen!
