We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

My husband and I came here thinking it might be similar to Xplor (lots of ziplines, heights, swimming in caves, etc.) and were really disappointed with this park. The “cliff diving” was about 20 feet high (low enough for little kids to jump off of), and the rope swing was a joke (very little movement and suspension time at all). We also didn’t like that life vests are required when you’re in the water (I myself am a strong swimmer and prefer to dive under when snorkeling to get closer views of the fish). We had planned to stay all day and lasted about 2 hours before leaving early.

The best attraction in the park is the water slide, which was surprisingly fast for how lame the rest of the park is. They give you the option to go down a slow one or a fast one. The fast one was pretty good with lots of turns and darkness and a good drop at the end. I have been on much faster slides back in the states, but this one surprised me given the other attractions in the park.

All in all, this park is much more geared towards little kids and families and not worth the admission or driving time from Cancun otherwise. Also, water shoes are a MUST if you’re going.

I did enjoy our time; however, the cost of admission basically gets you food and snoreling all day. All the really fun things come at an extra cost that is considerably more than the cost of admission.

Great water park! The lazy river float ride was AMAZING! Plenty of shade throughout the park. The giant water slide was great! The food and service at the all inclusive restaurants was first class. I will highly recommend this place!!

My family had a blast here, snorkeling, cliff jumping, floating in the water, zooming down massive water slides. Best Mexican food we had on the trip and they were very accommodating of our food allergies. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed Xel-ha very much, even sweetie did who doesn’t like to swim. Snorkeling, slide, swimming in caves, tube floating down river, Cliff jumping, zip line… We didn’t get to do everything we wanted to–advice is go early. Wish they had a package that was simpler and didn’t include food, but food and drinks were included for about $100 per adult. Free parking, Lockers, Snorkel gear and required life preservers. I was there in 1989 and it seems much nicer now except the water was a little murkier. And we are against the whole dolphin in captivity thing. Still fun.
