We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We really liked this place. Its 1.30 minutes drive from Cancun hotel zone. We booked one day trip from the hotel to this place. They arrange the transportation. Several restaurants for food and drinks. Lot of water activities. One day fun place.

We absolutely loved our day at Xel-ha. We were worried as it was such a long day with the transfers but there was so so much to do. They give you snorkel equipment (a mask, a brand new snorkel and flippers) and there are life jackets all around the park. You can zip line, float down a lazy river on a dingy, cliff jump, rope swing, swim in underground caves, see manatees, dolphins and stingrays and so much more! Not forgetting the big slide and views from the lighthouse. It’s gorgeous and we really recommend to anyone of any age!

Our experience at Xel Ha was phenomenal! We got to the park around 830am and had lots of time to do all of the activities. I found the process to get our lockers went quite smoothly, I was hesitant about renting the equipment, not for sanitary reasons but the tracking methods are a little archaic. Food was plentiful, lots of selection.

The only reason this has not got 5 starts is because of the price of extra things to do and photos being so high .
Apart from that this was paradise. You can snorkel as much as you want. The photo stops are great.
We did the dolphin encounter and was amazing.
Food and drink was good.
We also did the fish therapy and was lovely.

Booked for a day out with the family whilst in Mexico for the chance to swim with dolphins. It was expensive to book, over $800 for a family of four but that was nothing compared to the cost of the “added attractions” in the park.

The overall experience was good with plenty to do. It is classed as all inclusive and the food and drink provided was decent. The dolphin experience was excellent and very informative, the highlight of the trip.

At the end of the experience you are invited to view the photos taken by their photographer and this is where the ep of begins, single photos work out at $40 each, the cheapest package it’s $280 with all photos coming in at well over $450.

The photo package just for the park also comes in at $100 so needless to say we never left with lots of photos. On top of this there were attractions thay if you wanted to participate you had to pay extra which pin top of the initial outlay wad simply to much. For example the speed boat experience was $60 each!!!

As previously mentioned we had a good day but if your not careful you will definitely pay for it.
