We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

When we booked our trip, they told us it was 7 am -7 pm, we had dinner reservations at 7:30 so I asked if we would be back by 7 and they said we would or I would have selected a different day, but we didn’t get back until 8. So make later dinner reservations if you are planning to go. We were picked up from our hotel at 7 am and traveled to a few other hotels to pick up more people. We then went to a transfer station before making the 1.5 hour trip to Xel-Ha. It was almost 10 am by the time we got to Xel-Ha. Several activities cost extra and they advertise those on the bus. in the morning on the bus, they told us that on the trip home a bus would take us directly to our hotel. We didn’t have to stop at the transfer station but we did stop at several hotels and the return trip was 2 hours. We didn’t do any of the extra activities, but did enjoy the snorkeling, cliff jumping, rope challenges, zip lines, float/lazy river, slide, and food/drinks. I

I wish I had known before going:

Get biodegradable sunscreen.
The earliest you will get back to Cancun is 7:30 and if you aren’t the first hotel it will likely be 8 pm.
Keep your snorkeling gear with you all day, there will be multiple opportunities to snorkel.

We enjoyed the day, but would have enjoyed it more had we known about travel times there (about 3 hours) and back (about 2 hours).

This is a great day trip for the family. Snorkeling in a reef, Dolphins, other activities. Good locker facilities also for securing your valuables.

This is was my second visit to Xel-Ha in 20 years. I was so sad to see how commercialized it’s become. We saw a few tiny little fish and 2 crabs. That’s it. This is not what we experienced year ago. You have to pay extra for nearly everything offered. Very sad. Locker rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Service in the restaurant was very good. Food options were great. Visitors fighting over lockers was not so good.

Really enjoyed our trip to xel ha we had our 4yr old and 1 year we went snorkeling with them and saw some beautiful fish and the water was beautiful. There was plenty to do. We went on the speed boat which was amazing
