I have good time with my family ( wjfe and 2 daughters 15 & 18 ) I received an excellent service by Esther custoner service really provide great price and options I take Doplhin ride at X caret and the photo package at X Plore & Xenotes
Service are very profesional and scenarios are magnific
Food are very good as well transportation
If you suffer minor injurys they haver medical servic to assist you
I Enjoy a lot off y vacation
My suggestion reserve by the X plore site you will save money if you buy in advance

Xcaret is a beautiful park showcasing Mexico’s wildlife, natural wonders and cultural history. It is easy to navigate. You will see many of Mexico’s native animals, as well as cooling off in one or more of their lazy rivers, or viewing life under the sea as you snorkle. The waterfalls and bridges throughout the park are spectacular and you can relax on a beach throughout the day. A very enjoyable experience!

Our day at Xcaret was one of the best days of our trip! The wildlife was exceptional, the nature beautiful, and the activities so fun. The whole park feels like a walk through the rainforest just blended with nature. The park is well-organized and there are maps and guides everywhere. We did wish there were more options for food instead of just buffet restaurants but the food at the buffet was great. The river float and other water activities feel blissful. The bathrooms are excellent and the many relaxation and seating areas are wonderful. You can’t miss this park! The show at the end of the night was stunning and truly made us fall in love with Mexican culture. When you go, our tips would be:

-Purchase the Plus membership, you will want the locker and most of the places to eat are the buffet anyway so just plan on it unless you are bringing food with you.
-Arrive at opening time and stay for the night show. You will find things to do for the whole day!
-Wear your swimsuit and wear comfortable water shoes. It’s humid to walk around and you will get wet.
-Download the app. The map is excellent. Game plan at the beginning of the day to plan the order you want to do things.

It is an adventure guaranteed well worth the intensity of all the walking. Some many activities to take advantage of this beautiful park. Jungle atmosphere gorgeous greenery everywhere and all the exotic animals out in the open. Friendly staff and shops had the cutest things to purchase. A unforgettable experience well worth it.
