Our party had so much fun in xplor. To start with, the service was awesome. The staffs made our experience a wonderful one. We had the unlimited photo-taking and took advantage of it. Personally, I’m terrified of heights and won’t really dare to take the zip line. But since my daughter said nobody should be a party-pooper, I tried and conquered my fear. Had a blast!
Had a good time on the ATV ride and we did it twice. The river swim was enjoyable but we only did the short one. The raft was a little boring and quite a challenge paddling your way. Hammock splash was fun as well.
The food were all prepared well and I appreciate the way it was served with your staff and not the guests take their own food. That way it avoids the messiness.
The only thing that I didn’t like (and the reason I gave only 4 stars) is the policy of wearing the mask. It’s an amusement park and in open air with water rides (wherein you’ll get wet and your mask as well), and the use of mask defeats its purpose because you end up having a damp mask. It would be nice to provide your guests a replacement one every time it gets wet.
Overall, it was an experience that everyone enjoyed. Wish there are more adventure rides.

This is my second time at the park but this time will definitely be my favorite, even though the day was horrible due to bad weather the service, food and drinks made up for it 100 percent. Yet, the best part is when I asked a server to make me a spicy margarita and Robert Duenas not only ran to a restaurant to get the jalapenos for me, he brought it to where I was sitting with more garnish and waited until I tried it and was content with my order all while in the rain. Robert Duenas became our waiter and upon our group leaving I asked him what route he suggested we take to make it to the front of the park faster, not only did he give us a route he walked with us while giving us a small tour of the areas in the park we did not get to see. If it were not for Robert Duenas, we would have walked for hours and never made it on time to catch our transportation back. Overall, great day, will come back over and over if Robert Duenas is there to serve.

I stayed at the resort, which is fabulous, but our travel agent dropped the ball a bit on our accommodations. However, we were served by Fransisco. He more than made up for it and resolved our issues. We’ll be back for sure and Fransisco made our trip memorable.

We came from Hotel Xcaret was vía the boat. Very nice, relaxing ride. Diana at the clay workshop was a pleasure to work with. Her English was great, she was very happy and cheerful. She made our time at the park memorable, full of laughter, and full of smiles. We hope to see her again soon! ¡Hasta pronto, Diana!
