Fantastic park. We loved our day here. The park itself has so much to do – its absolutely beautiful and the animals are amazing. We had lunch at the Mexican buffet and it was outstanding. I am not used to such good food at a theme park – they hit it out of the park. The night show is beyond spectacular. Its hard to describe how amazing it is. A must see if you are anywhere in Quintana Roo!

We started of in the river we did the Mayan river , which took you under the beautiful stained glass window , the rivers where a bit busy at the entrance but it got less busy as you proceeded down. It was about 1000m long but you are wearing a life jacket I would recommend using the parks free flippers to move through a little faster.
We went to the water pools just after the rivers finish snorkelling in the beautiful clear inlet , the beech was stunning.
There are lots of parrots in the park an aviary , butterfly house so much to do and see it was a fantastic day and one I would highly recommend. I will be back next year when I return to Mexico.

Loved the park. We travel with late teanagers. For the unlimited park pass. We thought well worth it.
Walked back to occidental hotel for drink and lunch. Don’t go to that hotel!! Awful food
parks are good. Rivers are great. 3 to pick from. If suggest water suits. Toes scrapped on the rocks. Needed for walking round.

Tudo comecou no hotel, nos venderam o passeio falando que seria pouco mais de uma hora para chegar la, levamos 3 horas, dentre pegar pessoas em outros hoteis e ir para a central de transporte deles onde nos colocaram em um onibus que saiu depois de quase meia hora. Chegando la vi muitas pessoas com mapa impresso mas quando você ia perguntar não tinha mapa, todas as atividades não estão inclusas no ingresso, viveiro de pássaros sujos que pareciam estar dopados não se moviam, principalmente as araras e papagaios. muito triste. parque enorme se prepare. show a noite não vende comida a não ser que voce contrate o pacote de jantar para que vai só assistir não tem nem snacks, crianças passam fome até de madrugada quando chegam no hotel.
Everything started at the hotel, they sold us the tour saying that it would take just over an hour to get there, it took us 3 hours, between picking up people at other hotels and going to their transport center where they put us on a bus that left after almost half an hour. When I got there I saw many people with a printed map but when you were going to ask there was no map, all activities are not included in the ticket, The aviary was very dirty and birds that seemed to be drugged didn’t move, especially the macaws and parrots. very sad. Huge park get ready. The show at night does not sell food unless you contract the special dinner package so if you go only watch it, there are not even snacks, children go hungry until dawn when they arrive at the hotel.

Underground River experience was excellent. Rest of the park was good, but confusing, as the map on the phone app was labeled with numbers, not the names of the places, and there was no legend on the map identifying the numbers. We wasted a lot of time following the colored lines. We were not provided with a handheld paper map.
