We arrived when it opened at 8.30 am and glad we did as by 11.30 it was getting very busy. Great chance to see the animals and fish and turtles here. beautiful setting and several areas to swim/bathe and a very shallow warm beach for little ones.
Lots of shade and boy did it get hot, so take lots of water and there are also water fountains to refill your own containers.
Plenty of rest rooms too, all clean when we used them,so maintained well. The park is pretty commercial – just as busy as Disney discovery bay- and it seemed like the dolphins were kept in smaller containers and it was twice as busy- same as the Nurse sharks and Rays.We didn’t stay for the evening show so can’t comment.

The park is well designed and a lot of effort and care is given constantly to small details. Everything is very clean and neat.
I guess massive effort was spent in building the underground river the riding of which is the most spectacular thing to do there. We visited everithing except the aviary and butterfly world. Some things like playing with dolphins and some pretty small sharks is extra cash. Snorkeling is… unimpressive. You can move the whole day around it and not get bored. We had only one meal included but i have to say the food is 5 full stars, (to give you an ideea it had 6 kinds of cheese, several kinds of exellently cooked beef, etc). The park is a combination of a zoo a water park and beach club.

Was going to give this full stars.
BUT
Then on our way to our VIP dinner and drinks meal. We saw the horses practicing. A lady on horseback was made to go round and round, by the group leader who was on a black horse, even though it was obvious she was in some considerable pain. The leader then joined in making his horse go in even tighter circles. He constantly whipped his horse and the horse was foaming at the mouth.
I consider his actions to be beyond wicked, and I surely wished the horse had bucked him off breaking the riders neck.
Not death as the horse no doubt would have been destroyed.
I live with a severe disability and normally would not wish any form of disability on anybody. However in this rider’s respect I most certainly did/do.
I found the rest of the park breathtaking.

Plenty of entertainments there you can easily do 2 days if you have children of any age they will enjoy it as there are things to do for all ages and when you get a little tired of seeing lions butterflies dolfins turtles etc… You then ,can retire to the private beaches on a nice wooden recliner chair and order a little snack if you want to gather some energy to visit some more sites within the huge park .

A must see and experience!
A cultural emergence as well as physical activities unique to a total Mexican adventure, ie swimming a cenote , boat trip, snorkeling, excellent Mexican smorgasbords, and Spectacular Performance to top the day.
