Such a great way to learn a little about Mexican culture. The underground river was loads of fun and a little scary and dark. Lots of exits and you can track your distance. You end at the ocean lookout. Spectacular. The bird every is like being in paradise. The evening show is something amazing to see.

Best place to visit in the Mayan Riviera. So much to see and do. There is something for everyone. I have been 3 times and cannot wait to return again.

Excellent. Great day. Very well organised. Super food in La Laguna. Did the plus ticket. Worth it. The underground river we picked was a bit scary as I am mildly claustrophobic but I gather we picked the most enclosed one. Show was super if a tad too long. Aquarium and butterfly farm amazing. Really loved it. Not a cheap day out but worth it.

They lead you to believe that it is not a zoo. It is a zoo. Just without bars. Snorkeling was terrible. There were so many people in the area that it was actually crowded, and there was nothing to see. The underground river swim was ok.

It is a nice day out, we had lunch on the beach which was really nice and it worked out better than the buffet.

Be aware that if you have not booked the buffet option then avoid the restaurants as they will try to rip you off giving you huge drinks and forcing you to have alcohol.
Unfortunately they have no drinks menu and the staff try to sell you expensive alcoholic drinks, I did not enjoy arguing with the woman and we ended up walking away.
