the best place in the world, is the best experience you can connect with nature, excellent service since you arrive at the place, attention and care for nature is the best, very clean facilities very tidy vests and snorkeling equipment In excellent conditions, the best is the walk under the sea, they make you feel very safe, the show is a spectacle full of surprises and very magical. What I like most about this place is that they treat you and make you feel part of the same nature and alive, it has activities that unite you more, as well as the location and views are excellent.

We had unlimited access to the park from Occidental xcaret, the park was interesting and a lot of walking, There are 3 underground rivers to explore, we did all 3 and each were unique. We really enjoyed the Mayan river tour. They also have a huge Aviary to explore and enjoy.

I just want to say that tonight my girlfriend (celiac) and I immensely enjoyed the dinner and show provided at the end of the night at the Xcarat park. You can truly see how much they care about their clients. My girlfriend is extremely sensitive to Gluten( any and she’s extremely ill) they custome modified a 7 course meal to accommodate her. For them I honestly believe every customer is a VIP. This was our best experience since my girlfriend was diagnosed with celiac disease. An amazing experience and an amazing show. An extra shout out to our wonderful server Antonio. He was amazing and passionate about his work. Thanks you so much Xcarat. Also if feels like an after thought after the kindness we were shown, but the show was 10/10 as well.
