Great experience, lots of things to see and the underground river is really interesting but pricey (activities are extra, pics,dolphins,sharks,snorkel etc).** If your flying Sunwing buy the tour on the flight to save $.

The park is huge and hard to see in 1 day. If I was to do it again I would skip the tour and get my own transportation as we lost 2 hours in the morning (getting to the park at 10h30 we left the hotel at 8h30). Overall it’s expensive but a great time for the family!

Senior couple here. We thoroughly enjoyed the underground river float, the aviary, jaguar and puma, the beach. The evening show was wonderful. A lot of walking for us but there are plenty of shady places to sit and rest. We bought the Plus package, which included lockers and a meal. I didn’t have high expectations for the buffet but it was quite good.

This was our second time to Xcaret, the first being over 15 years ago. The park is still a must see and lots to do! This time around we skipped the package tour and it was worth it. We got a cab from our hotel(hotel arranged this) and bought our admission tickets at the park. It was great not having to stop at hotels along the way to pick up other travellers. We purchased the plus ticket which included a buffet meal. We ate at the seafood buffet and food was amazing! Lots of choices! I highly recommended staying for the evening show- liked it the first visit and loved it the second! ❤️❤️amazing! After the show it was nice not having to wait for your entire bus before leaving. Our driver was waiting in the parking lot so it was a quick hop in and go.

We went in feb 2020 and whilst it was ok, I would not go back. We went to xel ha last year and it blew this out of the water.

We did the plus admission, transfers were awesome and food at restaurant 20 was amazing.

Good for families, but go to XEL-HA (same company) its 1000 x better
