Was a good day, the rivers were fun and the kids absolutely loved the kids area. The scenery was beautiful.

Just felt the price was unjustified for an average day out. We arrived at 12 and we struggled to fill the day. We weren’t impressed by the show either!

Food was awful too!

Do you like super-expensive excursions with terrible customer service and add-ons every time you turn around? Then Xcaret is for you. Forfeited a second excursion from them (300$) because we hated the first one (639$) so much. My family of 5 agreed that they’d rather stay at our resort, and I didn’t disagree, even though my 300$ went out the window. I wanted nothing to do with that place ever again…..(the entire rest of the Mexico trip was amazing!)

This place is amazing. There are so many things to do, and many animals to see. The employees are super friendly. It takes a minute to get used to the tiling on the floor but once we got the hang of it, it was easy to get around. The tiles are set in place to let you know what area of the park you are in. Love the refillable water bottle that you can purchase there. The evening show is the best!!!

This excursion was 14 hours long but only 3-1/2 hours of actual excursion. Over 11 hours of bus rides. It was painful. They bring you the really long way to save paying the toll on the new highway which is then only 1 hr and 45 minutes instead of almost 4 hours each way. The when you are actually at Chichen Itza they rush you through so fast that you can’t enjoy the scenery. Save your money and higher a taxi.

Everything was great and sanitize throughout the park. We included the sea trek and pictures with drone that came out amazing
