Caves were unbelievable. Guide was nice. However, they should be more transparent up front that no sunscreen is allowed all day. On the initial information and briefing email they encourage you to bring sunscreen. But then once you arrive they will tell you no sunscreen allowed, scold you if you try to put any on, and make you shower it off. This leaves you to get burnt while the guides all have long-sleeves and wetsuits to protect themselves. Not fair to make the customer out to be the bad guy when they false advertise up front.

Overall a really good time. Our guides, Pepe, Juan Carlos and Wendy were great. The ruins were enjoyable and the cenote and snorkeling were a lot of fun. The guides made their best effort to be entertaining, accommodating and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the tour of the ruins was limited to only about 20 minutes of independent exploration and picture taking. The guides spent a lot of time going over the history of Tulum. That’s fine but I would’ve liked to canvass more of the area. Anyway, highly recommend otherwise!

This was such an amazing experience, hands down one of the best days of my life!
Our tour guide, Gabo, was friendly, engaging and extremely knowledgeable. He had no issues answering my questions, and there were a lot of them! He brought a passion to each of these experiences that helped to make our day that much more wonderful. Our driver, Angel was awesome and apparently makes great empanadas 😂 and Estefania took the most amazing pictures.
The Ruins were spectacular and it was great to have a tour and be told of the amazing history. The snorkelling was breathtaking! Seeing all those gorgeous fish was definitely a highlight. The cenote was absolutely stunning. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the tour, people and food that we received (try the hibiscus water!)

The tour was great! Communication was very clear, Ruben (our guide) provided great insight of all areas as well as making sure we were all having fun at all times 🙂 he was also very clear about covid guidelines in Mexico.
The drive from the hotels to all points were very safe and chill. Our driver Toni was great.
Photos were taken in all water activities from Muriel who was very kind and genuinely doing a great job with the pictures 🙂
Regarding the activities: the cenotes were by far my favorite activity, really fantastic place. Tulum ruins were also quite interesting and full of history, the snorkeling was fun and a great activity for first time snorkeling lots of fishes and easy water 🙂

Great Excursion! Arturo is by far the best guide, with driver, Sergio, who gives the best Mayan Massages!
