The experience was amazing. Maryna, Wendy and Tobby were a great team that guided us through this tour.

A well thought out and well put together tour.
The tour started off with Tulum. Claudia as tour guide, led us around the ruins and explained the significance of the features of the ruins. We were given an opportunity to explore for ourselves and take pictures before moving on to the next stage of the tour.
The snorkeling was the most hit and miss part of the tour. Hit and miss in the sense that it’s not always guaranteed that you’ll get to see all the marine life that one might expect to.
The water was fairly rough on the day of the tour. I saw plenty of fish. I did not see any stingrays or sea turtles. Though, there’s photographic evidence to demonstrate that they were there.
The third stage of the tour was Xtun and the cenote. This part of the tour was excellent. Led around the underground water cavern, by the tour guide. Photos taken by the photographer.
On exiting the cavern, food was provided. I thought the food was a great way to cap the tour off. Very well prepared Mexican food.
The tour guide, Claudia was excellent. She was fluent in English and able to field any and all questions. She had a great attitude and as a result the tour was a great way to spend 7 hours.

Great tour/ the guide Alejandra was great! It was a windy day and on the way to Tulum we were notified that it was too windy/ the surf was too rough to swim with the turtles and they offered to let us do to another day/ just do snorkeling in an inlet, which we opted for. We appreciated the offer to switch to another day though. Another member of our tour slept through their tour the day or two before and he was allowed to take the tour another day which seemed really nice.
History buff/ major here, so i had lots of questions about Tulum and the Guide was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The inlet/ snorkeling was cool and the cenote was as well.
Highly recommend!

What an awesome experience! Sarah was such an awesome tour guide, our photographer was amazing, just did his thing as we enjoyed the tours. Our driver was awesome. great empanadas in the van and other good snacks. The buffet lunch at the cenote was so good. Local food that was made with so much love as you talked to the cooks briefly. This meant a lot to us to see the love that goes into the food and making sure it is an unforgettable experience. Everything we saw was so incredible. We didn’t get to snorkel in the Tulum beach on the reef as described when you book, I think this was because of water conditions?) but we still got to snorkel in an amazing inlet full of tropical fish and rock formations for 45 min. My daughter didn’t want to get out! We’ve been in a cave before with the formations but nothing compared to the cenote and swimming in the cave. I was surprised how much we got to tour inside and swim through the cave and even cliff jumped inside the cave at one point! The ruins were incredible as well as the informative history we were given about them! Over all, you can tell the tour guides and all involved have such a DEEP love for what they do and for their country, and they truly want you to feel that love. Sarah spent so much time with everyone esp making sure a younger kid on the tour felt safe and had fun in the parts he was scared of. He had so much fun and I know its cause she was so patient and made sure he was ok all day! It would not be the same if they didn’t love their work as much as they did. We were so humbled and truly felt the love the people here have for the country and what if offers. We will never forget it. Definitely recommend the tour to anyone!
