We started our tour early in the morning and didn’t get a chance to have coffee. Pepe our tour guide and Javier our driver were kind enough to let us stop to all get a little snack. Then we started our tour at the Tulum ruins where Pepe our tour guide was very knowledgeable and was a great story teller (very funny) so he didn’t make it boring. He was very attentive to all of our needs and made up feel like we were amongst friends by getting to know each one of us. He took the time and got to know each one of us. Then we went snorkeling and when we got back to our van after the snorkel they had snacks waiting for us in case we were hungry. We then headed over to the Cenotes where the drive was very bumpy driving through the jungle and Javier was a great driver got us all there in one piece. The cenote was beautiful and again Pepe was so knowledgeable tell us and showing us how they were formed. we swam and walked through the caves and it was beautiful definitely work seeing. i highly recommend this tour with these two guys.

Great tour! Arturo was an awesome guide and Antonio an awesome driver. Pickup from our resort was right on time. 6:45am was early but worth it. As we were leaving the ruins, multiple groups were walking in and we could tell it was about to get very crowded. Our group consisted of family members aged 8-70, and with rough ocean conditions, Arturo suggested we snorkel at Akumal instead of the ocean. While he was worried about the young kids, I was more concerned with the 70-yo grandparents’ ability to handle the waves. We didn’t see turtles or the reef, but everyone got to experience the snorkeling. The cenote swim was absolutely the highlight of this excursion. The reviews saying it is a 20 minute drive through a gravel road are accurate. We were taken into the cave and encouraged to jump off the platform into the water. We were given flashlights to follow our guide through the cenote. There is a cliff to jump off within the cave, and kids and adults made the jump. We finished with an enjoyable lunch of tacos and juice. We left the hotel at 6:45am and arrived back at about 4pm. Great experience, I highly recommend!

We had booked and paid for just the snorkelling & cenotes and when they picked my friend and I up ( 30 mins late ) they had us booked for the full day including the ruins ( we didn’t want to do this at all ) we had the option of going for the full day or not going at all ( if we had our time back we should have taken this a warning sign )
Our tour guide was great! Our group of 9 was a great group of people and we had lots of laughs. It was unfortunate we didn’t have our camera guy in the caves with us as his camera broke and we weren’t told this till the end. They gave us a snack on the bus along with a lunch served at the cenotes. It’s been 9 days and we are still sick from the food poisoning we got, we haven’t been able to keep anything down since this tour. Both my friend and I have received medical care for this. We then got a message from another couple that was on the same tour saying they too got food poisoning. That’s 4/9 of us so far.

Fantasy trip from Cancun. Well organized and great fun! Juan was fantastic!!! The cave swimming is a unique experience well worth the bumpy ride there.
