We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

I had the best day here! Was amazing seeing the dolphins and actually able to swim with fish, sting rays and everything! Me and my boyfriend decided to book sea-trek, which I was a bit nervous about but it has been the best thing I’ve ever done! Our guide was very informative and our divers were brilliant! It did hurt your ears a little when you were down there but if you followed all safety instructions then you shouldn’t have any issues, one thing I didn’t like about this park was the slide! But apart from that I would recommend this to anyone!

Perfect visit in a perfect time during January. This was my second time in Xel-Ha and don’t remember enjoy so much this place the first time I was there with my family.
My recommendation is to get in there early as soon the park open the doors and maybe, plan for two days instead of only one. You will have plenty of activities to do but if you love to do Snorkel, this is the place! Food in excellent too including all you can eat and drink.

I have been to Xcaret many times but this was my first time to Xel-Ha and it did not disappoint. The entire place is very beautiful. We enjoyed the lighthouse water slide, snorkeling, tubing down the river and cliff jumping. We had a blast and they had great food selection. All food and drinks were included. I will definitely return. I highly recommend.

My entire family had an amazing time however, I wish we could’ve gone knowing what I now know! First I would warn people to bring their own pool shoes and if you wear sunglasses put them on a sports band to hold them on. Really other than those 2 things we couldn’t have asked for more.

Our family (including kids 12 and 14) had a great time in a beautiful setting, but were a bit overwhelmed by the crowds … we went on a Sunday in December and were told it was not a super-busy day. Be prepared to wait in lines for the float down the river, the lighthouse waterslide and the zip lines. But it is a beautiful setting with so much to do!
