We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Our excursion to Xel-Ha was our favorite day of our anniversary trip to Cancun! We set this up through our hotel, and while it was a long drive (1 hr 45 min) each way, it was well worth it! Everything was included, including food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages. The buffet at Chula Vista was very good, offering a wide array of Mexican and American foods. We started here and then went snorkeling down the river. Did not see much on the river, but once you get into the inlet, wow! So many fish to look at, as well as a cave. They also provide a locker, towels, and a snorkel free of charge. We purchased the photo package for two people for $60 USD. It was well worth it, as the photos are high quality. Will definitely be coming back!

Xel ha is not for the faint hearted and u have to love water. Cliff jumping, snorkelling, massive water slide and lots of other water based activities. If your kids are timid its prob a waste of time.
Couple of tips put lots of mozzi spray on we got bit about 20 times whilst there and water shoes are beneficial as lots of rocks etc. Good day out.

Xel-Ha is awesome. Snorkeling, zip linimg, river tubing. So relaxing. All you can eat. I recommend this place to anyone.

The park was not worth the price because it is 100 US dollars (alot) and there is not much things to do,also they take extra money for activities inside such as fish therapy and bicycle omega,

As i said the park is beautiful but not worth the cost.

Xel ha is an all day water based attraction it’s expensive and if you do the extras they advertise then it becomes very very expensive but if you you ignore the sales of photos and extra attractions the place is a great day out ,it’s not for the faint hearted but is well worth a visit
