We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This place is $100 per person. You can do the water slide, mangrove river floating, snorkeling, cenotes, and nature walks for that price. Snorkel equipment, towels and lockers are included.

The food is terrible – so don’t expect anything good there. Everything tastes the same. The drinks were a good deal though, and the fresh lemonade was tasty.

It is a beautiful park- except for the dolphin enclosure. It is terrible to see the limited room they have and the disgusting water they keep them in. It is dark green and full of algae. No one was doing the dolphin encounter when we were there (even when they discounted the price) and I hope they eventually shut it down and release those beautiful creatures back into the wild. They were depressed, crying for each other, and looking for their companions through the walls. It really puts a damper on the park when you see them in there.

Beautiful..make sure you have enough time!!

We went here after a recommendation from a friend, as part of one of our many excursions. The place is stunning. The snorkeling is superb witha huge array of brightly coloured fish, we also saw a barracuda and a sting ray whilst snorkeling.

The lazy river wasnt great for me, apart from the first bit where you float down a narrow route in between a huge mangrove swamp! If you get off at the first point after this you are right by one of the cliff jumps so perfect!

We went for 9 hours and thought we would be done after maybe 4 or 5…turns out it wasnt really enough time still!! The Mexican cantina offered the best array of Mexican food we had all holiday!

Finally, make sure you take a card with you. We had to go back to our hotel as we forgot ours. I say this as some of the experiences need to be paid for… we did a swim with dolphins and an undersea walk!! You could also choose a manatee or stingray experience

If you love the water then this is the place to go. My partner and I absolutely loved xel-ha and it was the perfect end to our 2 weeks in Mexico. Unlike other all day excursions in Xel-Ha you can have unlimited food and alcohol ALL DAY!!! The water slide was super fast and the view of the inlet from the top was breath taking. We did zip wires into the water and drifted down the river in an inflatable boat. Snorkelling was nice with some fish to see and we loved the cliff jump. We enjoyed a few cocktails in a beach bar and the food was brilliant with so much variety on offer and breakfast was also available in the international buffet early morning which after an hour and half bus ride was a life saver. If we visited Mexico again we would 100% be going to xel-ha.

My girlfriend and I didn’t really know what to expect from Xel-Ha other than crystal clear waters and a lighthouse type slide but we were not disappointed!

The transport to and from the park was good sized (I’m 6’3 and actually had legroom), had decent air con and wasn’t cryptic to identify at pick up or drop off.

The park itself is phenomenal! From snorkelling through mangrove roots to seeing a manatee and zip lining, this place really has it all!!

I’d recommend getting snorkelling gear and a locker in the red station as it’s relatively central and to start at the lazy river at the green station. We got to the park early and it was nice to take it at your own pace (and get some awesome footage off the cliff drop) but it gets very busy later in the day with queues for the ziplines at the midpoint.

The food and drinks were pretty good quality and the fact it was unlimited was the icing on the proverbial cake.

Great day out for all involved and prepared to be knackered by the end of it.

We booked it through TUI and this included transport and ticket price.

Great day out. Booked through our TUI rep at our hotel as part of the dolphin gimmie all package. Really nice day out. Dolphin part was pretty expensive but from what I understand that is desperate to Xel-Ha. After our dolphin encounter we were free to roam around the park and use the facilities

We used the water slide which was awesome. Food and drinks were plentiful and good quality. Plenty of wildlife to look at as you’re walking round.

Used the snorkelling year and went snorkelling around the mangroves. Saw so many fish and the water was crystal clear. All in all a great day out. Just wish we had more time to do everything!
