We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

A massive water park in the Mayan Riviera with plenty of activities for all kinds odd people. There are paid activities that we didn’t did it, but it didn’t ruined our day. Enjoy river swimming, snorkeling, free falling, tubes and cenotes. We entered 9am and when we looked the time it was 4pm already. If possible, don’t go with travel agencies. The access and ticket isa pretty easy to do it yourself. You well gave more time to enjoy the park. The food is pretty medium. The booze is great especially the tequila!

Like no other water park I have ever been to! Cannot recommend highly enough! Go! You will not be disappointed!

Make the most of the photo opportunities with your wristband – we got some awesome pictures which captured our experience perfectly!

We booked through our thomas cook rep and must say it was a great day out.
the park is massive and you get enough time to go all the way around.
There were some optional added extras you have to pay for that did seem to be a bit over priced,
We did the dolphin ride and the photo wristband which was about £80 for the pair.
The huge slide was great but you do get a nasal wash of salt water at the bottom weather you want to or not.
The lazy river beware of thrashing your legs about as some parts are quite rocky so just make sure you wear a vest
The cenote was cool and refreshing and the floating bridge was a real blast
The restaurants were excellent and all was included in the admission price.
Would i go back is a big fat YES

Love the swim with dolphins activity here! Cliff jumping is an awesome experience too! Highly recommended for all ages!
