Beautiful place, scenery & night show! The water, animals & show was a great experience. Make sure to be comfortable because it’s an all day extravaganza.

So much fun was picked up shuffled to the front of the line, bought a couple of extras like swim with sharks and photos. Swimming through the river was awesome, the park arranged for your dry clothes to be on the other size so you not walking around in wet clothes. Great dining options, lots of activities to do and options to just chill great wild life exhibits and finished off with a spectacular cultural show. The staff did a great job with sanitation, mask requirements, temperature checks and spacing at the show. Good drinks and lots of fun.

This place is like the title says terrible! It is very disorganized and they make everything hard to find. Finding anything here is brutally hard. Employees aren’t helpful and act stupid when asked where’s the all inclusive bar at? Nothing is all inclusive here so forget about it. The animals are slave’s you can tell they are very unhappy. The place totally ignores pandemic regulations. The place was full no way was it at the mandated capacity. Way too expensive for a bad experience save your $$$ this place is a money pit.

Visited Xcaret planning on staying for a full day. Loved our visit but a family member was not feeling well so we had to return to our resort at 4:30. Xcaret customer service heard that we were leaving and provided us with passes to return the next day at no extra charge. Very kind od them to do so! We enjoyed our time there, and so much to do that we didn’t have time to do it all.

Highly reccomend. Need two days to see everything. We stayed onsite so not a problem.Beautiful and very clean. So much to see and do. The photo spots were an excellent idea so you did not have to carry your phone everywhere especially on the river swim. Really enjoyed our time here. My boys ten and seven loved it.
