Make sure to take advantage of all of the theme parks during your stay. I would advise wearing swim wear during visits and sturdy water proof foot wear. Some of the individual attractions can be physically challenging and in all cases there are ways to bypass and move on so don’t hesitate if you are unsure.

Very commercialized and overhyped. This place is supposed to be 5 stars based on reviews. Maybe we are just not the typical Cancun travelers? Everything here can be seen in so many places, there is nothing unique about the park. Basically, if you want to say you ‘saw’ turtles, stingrays, a bunch of caged animals, a few tanks of fish probably the equivalent of a Bass Pro Shop then its your place. When I called to book tickets which are over 100usd each they said park is open from 9am-10pm. When we finished seeing the ‘exhibits’ we were finally wanting to do the river, we arived at 5:29pm and it was closed off. Apparently they close at 5:30pm? What? This is the main attraction and it closes almost 5hrs before the park officially closes, bait and switch? The pre hispanic mayan show earned the 2 stars, otherwise it would have been 1 star. Do yourself a favor and support local mayan villages, animal sanctuaries, local reefs like in puerto morelos and the real locals. Don’t throw your money away at these unauthenctic big businesses

If you plan a romantic dinner or any event, I will highly recommend Maricela from sales in A and b, she helped us in everything in our wedding, in the reservation of the restaurant Ha, assuming the most important role of host and butler, her talent, her optimism And your professionalism made the difference in our stay, thank you very much Maricela.

What an amazing park! It was super clean, highly staffed so you always have information or help at your fingertips. The food at the Panorama buffet was delicious, fresh, and filling. I loved the river float, beach area, the jaguar/puma area, the ruins, and the evening show was spectacular. I feel like Xcaret is Disney-level in how it runs its operation and how the employees are in service to the visitors.
