Emmanuel and Yoshio attended us at Xcaret Espiral restaurant, these two gentleman were terrific in service and choosing our dinner from appetizers to entree and finalizing with desert. They were very attentive and surprised me with a desert singing Happy Birthday. Had a bad day and these gentleman closed the nite very nicely. Again congratulations for Emmanuel and Yoshio keep the great work,,

A beautiful adventure park but a bit sad to see the animals by themselves.

Do not go to this place, it is totally scam, all fun inclusive is not real, most of the parks they tell you fully booked while you can see it on their website available for 3 rd parties
The covid restrictions are beyond you can even imagine, you have to wear your mask everywhere, outdoor, indoor, while zip lining or the water slides, so ridiculous

From the animals, optimal encounters, river swim, and shows this place has it all. We went 4 times, seeing something different each visit. Seeing a black panther and jaguar playing together was an unimaginable highlight. We did the nurse shark snorkel a paid encounter and it was fantastic. The aviary and butterfly pavillion blew me away and I never tired of watching the turtles and basically every animal there. Fun for every age!

Great experience but need to be well rested to enjoy all day, could not stay for the 7 pm show which I heard it was a highlight but I was exhausted😞, Plan to do it again, my recommendation, do not go the next day you arrive to be well rested
