The shuttle was late getting to our resort, but it was very clean and the driver was friendly. It happened to be windy the day we went out, so the waves were very choppy and if you stay up front your towels will be soaked. The catamaran was a bit old and could have used some TLC. Plenty of alcohol if you want to drink a lot. Pressure at the end of the trip for tips. Tips for the driver, tips for the boat staff and another $10 per person charge for the shuttle service from the resort. Also, last time we went on this cruise we never got the photos that I paid $100 for. On the fence about recommending this place after getting nickle and dimed and never getting our photos from our previous trip 3 months ago. Oh yeah…the shuttle is late picking you up too.

What can I say to give this the justice it deserves? Moises, a true gentleman of the highest degree picked us up in a cooled and pleasant smelling van. He proceeded to explain the plan for our commute and offered us refreshments. The smooth ride took us to the harbor where we were set up with Andres and company in catamaran #6. The crew, including captain, bar tender, “peace sign” Marisol where exceptional. They made a lot of good jokes, conversed with all the groups, maintained hygiene, served us with beverages and a delicious lunch (especially the civeche!). On the island we walked and found a good spot for swimming with bar service. We met with Andres at the pier at the designated time back we went with one last bit of fun on the boat with lively music and drinks.
Amazing experience all around. Cannot recommend it more!

The service was great! We were deciding between the ferry and paying the extra to do the catamaran. I’m glad we chose the catamaran. We didn’t have to worry about anything— the pickup, food, drinks, advice for getting around the isla. Make sure to bring some cash and your license so that you can rent a golf cart. It costs 15-20 per hour. Make sure to bring cash to tip the boat crew as well!

Great overall service BUT they decided to include some adult drinking games. Unfortunately there is nowhere for the little kids to go and was exposed to very exploiting and inappropriate behavior encouraged and instigated by the staff to make things “fun” on the boat

My favorite part was touring the island and the calming boat ride! I also liked the paddle boarding even though we weren’t allowed to venture from the boat.
