George was an amazing guide that took care of us for the entire tour. Mario did a great job with pictures. I would visit again

Had a miscommunication on booking and we got lucky enough that we were able to upgrade to get singles instead of doubles so be sure to triple check your booking confirmations! They were about 10-15mins late for pick up but didn’t seem like a big deal as long as we were on time.
Other than that everything was amazing and a ton of fun! We stayed in Cancun so it was about a 30-45min trip one way. Tacos and ceviche was pretty good especially after a full 5-6hr day of activities. Our guides were Jesus, and photographer Rene who were both spectacular!
Would recommend bringing a backpack and bottles (if not a jug) of ice water to keep in a locker for in between activities and hydration.
We also purchased the photo package which was air dropped to three devices and great quality! In addition I picked up some nice souvenirs at their shop.

Marlon and Aldo were definitely one of the best parts of the experience!!!! The zip lining was fun but I will say that my favorite part would be a tie between the Four wheelers and the cenote. They said it’s about 21ft deep and I dropped my glasses and could see exactly where they were thats how clear the water was!!!! All in all an amazing experience. When they offer the upgrade I would most certainly take it… It is worth it!!!!

The overall experience with the customer service of trip advisor was amazing. No matter the time of night or day their was someone there to help you every step of the process. My partner and I booked the excursion the night before we went on the trip. I would advise you book as early as possible because you are guaranteed direct pick up from your hotel. Since we were late to book we had to travel downtown to another hotel in Cancun. Make sure you bring snacks for the trip. It’s a half day trip but it is draining if you are not prepared. When booking the excursion make sure you book for 2 Atvs and not a shared one. We booked for 2 Atvs but when we got there they tried to put us on one Atvs. My partner and I weren’t happy with the confusion and had to wait 30 minutes for it to be cleared up. They let us have our own Atvs and apologized for the mix up. For the Atvs make sure you bring a towel, bandana (for smoke and debris as you ride) and bring a refillable water bottle. Make sure you wear shorts that are about knee length because the Atvs are old and can get really hot. Bring clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. The staff of the adventure were super funny and overall great instructors. I ended up crashing and damaging the arc but they were understanding and only charged me a $10 fee which was the security deposits on the locker.

It was fun. But alot of sitting and standing and waiting. We paid for it at our resort. Then when we got there they kept asking for more money. No free water. Lunch wasn’t the best. We paid for 2 ATV there were 3 of us. Said we only paid for 1 and wanted my sister to ride with the guide. Then another $5.00 insurance for the ATV.
