All of it, the staff and the activities were terrific. Fun day and not too long of a trip from Cancun which is nice.

We absolutely loved this experience!
The cenote was the best part along with the tequila tasting & tacos.
The ATV trail is a little rocky & rough, but it wasn’t bad.
Overall, it was great!
Aldo is the best tour guide ever 🙂
Thank you all for everything!
¡Hasta la próxima!

I’m actually shocked there are any positive reviews at all. Have you people ever been on an excursion before? Read all the negative reviews first. I wish we had, they are spot on! First, the only reason for the 2 rating is because of Aldo. Dude is awesome and kept me sane during this mess of a day. He even did a few shots with us because I think he could tell we weren’t happy. If not for him, -5 rating!
Ok where to start. Van shows up to our hotel packed to the brim with humanity. Awesome planning. Um where are my gf and I going to sit? Driver asks if I can squeeze into an imaginary seat and my gf can sit on the floor. Excuse me? You want her to sit on the floor of a filthy van, with no seatbelt, for an hour? No. I insisted he get another van or call us a taxi. Finally after 18 phone calls to I’m guessing his boss, a taxi arrived.
I won’t get into every other bad detail, as they pretty much match all the others. Endless waiting, upselling at every turn, zip lines meant for 4 year olds, complete garbage ATVs that fell apart every 20 sec and we had to wait while they fixed, a dirt road you literally ride up and back for 15 min, boring as hell. We did get conned into vip upgrade which allowed us a private cenote. That was ok. It was nice in the jungle and they made us lunch and the tequila tasting. But back to the main place on another pos van on the bumpiest road ever. And then, you guessed it, more waiting. Why? This 4 to 5 hour excursion took 7.5 hours. Whole day wasted. Ride back to hotel was just as interesting as the pickup. We made it on at least, barely. Brakes were grinding the entire ride and it was hot af, guessing AC busted. Avoid this money grab scam at all costs!

I really enjoyed my trip! Our tour guide George was so funny and entertaining! My favorite part was the cenote swim and the little surprise at the end! I would highly recommend to friends and family!
ATV riding was fun, it took me a whole lap to finally get a hang of it but it was well worth it!

Overall the experience was ok, the ATVs broke down a few times and there are only 3 small ziplines. The communication between staff and customers is poor and lunch was only 2 small tacos and a voucher for water. Upsell on everything including food. The swim was fun but was offsite and we had to take a truck there. Shop around for better experience as there are many other options.
