We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

don’t buy any of the extras. you do not need to. we enjoyed riding bikes to the river entrance. it is a really short ride, but fun. we did it twice. we went down the river on tubes the first time, but went back and decided to snorkel the whole way. it is not a long distance…around 1.8 km i think. there are places you can climb up and then jump off the cliff. there are 3 of them. it was hard to climb up. i did not know that you can walk up and just jump. part of the fun is to climb up the cliffs. there are more fish by the sides than in the middle. we saw so many different kinds and colours. there is so much space to snorkel. we loved it. we probably spent most of our day in the water. the restaurant was good. we arrived there at about 9 am and had breakfast. then we walked around the whole park. after we rode the bikes to the river entrance and went down the river. we ate a small lunch and went back in the water. then we went back at around 5pm and had dinner there. it is a beautiful sunset view.

This is our second time visiting Xel-Ha, and each time we feel like we didn’t have enough time to do everything and wished we had more time. Xel-Ha has so many fun and exciting activities that before you know it, it is time to leave. Snorkeling, water slide, tubing, rope swing, obstacle course, zip bike, and the list goes on. The all inclusive food and drinks are excellent and the photo spots where they take your photos is awesome! Xel-Ha is an amazing efficiently run adventure eco friendly water park!

7 of us adults went here for the day . Was superb we swam with dolphins and although we did basic was still ok for the money. The park however is on another level. The most amazing thing was the size of the park and the lush grounds along the sea front. We did zip lining scuba diving bicycle riding lazr river ride and managed to sneak quite a few drinks in to with a eat as much as u like buffet morning and afternoon. Would highly recommend . We did the new ride in the 40ft tower water slide was great !! The automated CAMERA pics are spectacular .

We had a great day at Xel ha…while not our favorite of the Xcaret parks we had fun day. I would suggest getting into the river quickly so you can get to the ziplines before everyone else arrives and the queues get crazy. The fully inclusive drinks and food, towels and snorkel gear made the day easy 😊

We go every year. One price gets you park and food and drinks. Great for couples, families…. even the stick in the mud person can sit in the shade and enjoy a nice day out.
