Had a family of 10, from 14 year olds to my 80 year old grandmother. We had an amazing time, every one of us. 5 of us swam the miles of river together and meet the rest of our family by the beach.

Food and drinks by the beach were good, service was excellent. It was an amazing day. The park is HUGE and we didn’t get a chance to see it all, would love to go back.

The show was absolutely spectacular. It was 2 hours long. Only complaint was that it was hot, nothing they can do there.

We went on a girl trip, and went to the xcaret park. We were picked up at our resort by their tour bus. Everything was covid safe, they even sprayed our shoes! The resort is huge, so plan your time carefully. We loved the underground rivers. We upgraded and got the photo package as there are photo opts all over the park and it was easier than pulling our phones out, especially with all the water activities. It’s also very hot, so be sure to hydrate and rest along the way. There are many spots just to sit and take in all the jungle beauty.

Although they will try to sell you a $300K timeshare/membership, the FOOD, drinks, ambiance, guest rooms/suites, resort, everything was AMAZING! Just be prepared to be on your own if you decide to opt out of the timeshare. We were treated like royalty until we respectfully declined then they scattered like roaches LOL…

We were moving from UK to the US and had to “quarantine” outside of Uk/ EU for more than 14 days before we can enter US. We were so fortunate to have landed ourselves at Xcaret resort. It is such a wonderful resort and the unlimited fun was the best experience we ever had with the whole family. All inclusive can be boring but the Food selection was great and super delicious. After so many months, we still talk about this resort and our experience. It was truly memorable! One thing that anyone should look forward to is the super comfortable mattress at this resort! My wife and I have talked about it so much that it triggered me to write this review! Xcaret – can you please let me know how I can source the same mattress you have for my home?

We purchased tickets from a tour company and did not get to the park until almost 10. And then we had to listen to their sales pitch for the end of night show. We wanted to do dinner but when we got there they told us they had no seats left. But by the time we got to the lockers (all the way at the end of the park) we found a place that was selling reservations for the dinner and was able to get dinner tickets. Basically this is an under cave river with some pretty sad looking animals zoo. They have a couple of other activities but if you are going to do them they will charge you extra. The beach area was packed and we never figured out how to get the chairs that were supposedly included in our cost. Nor did we figure out how to get towels again something included. For the price we had to pay it almost was not worth it. And you are constantly reminded to put a mask on even outside. The cave thing was ok but honestly I felt like I was on a guided tour – we were just missing the tour guide raising their clip board.
