The aquarium was amazing! The restaurants had amazing choices for even the pickiest eaters. The gift shop has authentic Mexican made gifts to purchase.

Amazing park! From the facilities to the food & restaurants. Great helpful staff. Our favorite was all the cenotes, the night show, and the underground river. Even my little ones enjoyed themselves.

Xcaret was ok, but I definitely would not go again. It was interesting to see once and there were some fun things to do. My husband and I and our two daughters (ages 7 and 12) went. The underground river was nice, the snorkeling was nice, and it was a nice intro to the culture by way of re-creation of historical, cultural, and environmental landmarks – but it was just that, re-creations.

If we go to the area again, I may try a different Xcaret brand park – possibly Xplor. I think it may be better suited to the ages of my kids. I just wasn’t happy with what was offered for the price.

I want to express how important this email is for me you to read it.

First this was my year vacations I was so impressed with Xelha I went there in 2019 just for some hours I came from a Disney cruise. Me and my family decided to book all our vacations with XCARET we booked XCARET park, Chichén Itzá and Xelha plus other amenities. We went there November 15 2021 and we had scheduled sea trek in the sea trek my son got sick of his ears and they were hurting we went to the clinic on XCARET park they told us indeed his ears were bad my wife was very concerned and of course we had to leave to the hospital I was very frustrated because my son was sick and we had scheduled cena spectacular and we were going to miss it I honestly was upset and had thought of going to the hospital and cancel everything felt our vacation was ruined plus my son was sick.

Israel vigil was called and he was our savior he offered to take us to the hospital in his car what surprised me is his real concern for my son and that has no price. He stayed there with us took us to the pharmacy paid for some of the medicine and gave me his number I expressed him my concern and he told us no worry I will make sure you guys come back tomorrow no extra cost if your son is ok he fixed the tickets again and we went next day and enjoyed the park and cena espectacular.

Being thankful is not enough how Israel Vigil acted and his honesty and loyalty I told him I work in the customer service business you should come work for me one day. He told me thank you but I am loyal to XCARET I was more surprised with his loyalty.

You really have the best there kudos to you and now I’m planing my next vacation all with XCARET because of Israel Vigil.

I can not thank him enough and XCARET for hiring this type of kind employees.

Israel vigil surely is the best. And an employee like that is really hard to find.

The Xcaret Park is ok but they don´t care about the animals… jails are very small and they don´t have any control about that kind of sunscreen you are using and if it damages the wildlife.
It is just marine zoo and I did not have too much fun.
