Great park with so many things to do. We went with a multi generational family and it was a fun, educational day. The show was fantastic 10 out of 10 (make sure you arrive early). The only thing to improve would be the signage for the buffets. It was hard to tell which restaurants were the buffets and where to get in line. Pack lots of sunscreen (biodegradable) and good walking shoes. Lots of stairs, be prepared.

Had a wonderful and full day at Xcaret. The park is beautiful with lots of really interesting things to see. It’s well laid out and there are plenty of maps about so it’s easy to find your way around and see everything you want to.
The shows through the day were great but the evening show was another level entirely. Not to be missed!

I’m sure the park is fine – I’m leaving this as a warning for anyone thinking about buying passes for family – DON’T
Part of the entry requirements is a photocopy of both sides of the credit card used to pay for the passes and a photocopy of the id of the person who paid for the passes – so all your id is photocopied and sent to a foreign corrupt country.
You have already paid for the passes – the only thing they should require is the id of the people you bought the passes for.
This screams corruption and theft – as soon as my daughter and her boyfriend have gone I will cancel card and see if I cab cancel/renew drivers license – don’t forget they demand both front and back photocopies.

This park is not to be missed! We booked through TUI and wish we didn’t because the transport took 2 hours to get there and by the time we had queued up we didn’t enter the park until 11am. The earlier you get to this park, the better! The day starts with the most beautiful river swim up to the coast, all life jackets and fins are provided. They even have a service where they trasnport your belongings for the day up to the coast for you to collect after youve swam the length of the river. There are endless activities (note you do have to pay extra for what they call the dream activities but I highly recommend you do at least one! We did sea trek and it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life!!) The food around the park is amazing, the facilities were so clean and well looked after. There were so many photo oppoutunities to capture your day and last but not least the evening show was just mezmerising! One of the best shows I have ever seen and as a professional dancer myself i’d say by bar is pretty high for shows. If you’re only going to go on one trip while in mexico, make this the one!
