We had a great Family vacation, the park was amazing. Everybody had fun. The food was super , everything was clean. In Xel-Ha you need to be careful on the wet bridges. We had a small incident one of my kids fell on the bridge but assistance was very fast and first aid personal was wonderful. Bring mosquito spray

Had a fantastic time with the whole family here. We were not sure if we were going to attend the dinner/show in the evening but were really glad we did. The show was spectacular and our kids were mesmerized. Rafael Jimenez and Alberto Inclan who were responsible for our meals did not disappoint. The multicourse meal was outstanding and our kids (2 and 4) ate everything too! Looking forward to attending again.

We spent a full day at Xcaret, which we booked through TUI and we got the Plus package, meaning a dedicated changing area, lockers etc.

We were picked up from our hotel and had a short drive to the park. We had a guide, who led us into the park with the rest of the group (to be honest we got fed up and wandered off on our own).

There is loads to see here. The aviary is really impressive and the underwater river is great. The place is so huge we didn’t get to do a lot of the things we wanted to though. Also it was VERY busy when we were there, so snorkelling was a bit challenging in the lagoon.

We had lunch included and went to the Mexican buffet, which was good.

It is definitely, 100% worth staying for the night show. It is spectacular. If you have transport included, the transport home after the show seems a bit hectic but actually is extremely well organised.

Only gripe is that we had wanted to do the Sea Trek (and were told we were meant to get 50% off) but then the person we spoke to refused to give the discount.

Xcaret made for an exciting and fun day trip.

The park has an excellent aviary with an assortment of beautiful birds. The resort actively promotes and supports conservation throughout the region.

The park is very well kept, amazing fun and great for tweens and teens!!!! Also, the food is great. Don’t forget to hit up the beverage center…..yum!!
