We were slightly disappointed in xcaret. We had a lovely day, and the day of the dead and the aquarium was amazing. We got the VIP package from our holiday company…which was meant to include some advantages.we didn’t get informed of what our package includes even though the rep said he would let us know. We know we had to pay additional to some activities but with VIP were informed we would get a discount….we only got it for adrelina. We had to pay full price for other activities.the adrenalina activity was great if you like to be constantly immersed in water that gives you a great sinis washout and feeling like your being drowned …we hardly did any spins or really going fast. Alot of the activities you could do in other places for better money and more time. Everywhere was clean. Well organised in the park. Good information. Wouldnt say it a must do, and if your a family, especially with older children, make sure you know how much all the extras will cost can because very expensive. Maybe we were let down more by the holiday company.

The park takes about all day to see it. The underground swimming is fun to do. There is a place to snorkel too. There is a good show at night. However, doing the dinner show gets you the best seats.

Not a great amount to do & every good activity has an expensive extra charge despite expensive entry fee. Show was pretty good in the evening.

This is a good company to book excursions. Busses are very comfortable and staff amazing. We went to villadolid and Chichén itza and cenotes too. Highly recommended.

Definitely worth a visit. There are a lot of great attractions like the river and swimming with dolphins. A lot of wildlife around the premises. I took the photo packages and it was a great option as there were “Xelfie spots” everywhere and I didn’t have to worry about taking pictures with my phone.
