The decoration and the staff are really great. However,I wouldn’t say that the price of the admission ticket is fair as there are so many activities that you have to pay extra to do, and when I say extra I mean $50+ USD per activity. The butterfly House, the mayan town and the night show are worth a visit. Overall I wouldn’t say Xcaret is a must if you don’t have much time in Mexico, I would prioritise other things like natural cenotes or tours to ruins.

Went with friends and paid for upgraded admission. 4 of us paid to scuba with rays extra ($65 each). Once the helmet with air flowing was put on my head I realized that I wasn’t going to be able to tolerate the pressure in my ears and immediately got out. The staff encouraged me to try again but this activity wasn’t for me. They refused to refund my money. We paid plenty to spend the day here. Certainly they should give the funds back when they never mentioned to expect the pressure in your ear when doing this activity.

Overall the park was clean but we left at 5pm feeling like we had enough of an experience to know the night show wouldn’t be as amazing as all the yelp reviews reported.

Wonderful ecological park. There is so much to do here plan your day ahead based on your interest. The rivers are A wonderful treat. They have a wonderful show in the evening do not miss it.

We went here not know what to expect and had an excellent time. Arranged the trip through our TUI rep. Well organised, staff very helpful, loads to see and do. A memorable experience, well worth the money.
