Great place for all ages, take comfortable footwear and be prepared for a great day!

It’s a beautiful park. But the price you pay on the entrance or tour agency will not include half of the attractions they have and you need to pay an additional price for many activities about 30-50 USD. Tour agencies that sell this attraction does not telling you about that. I descivered it only when I got there. Beside of that the park and specially the show at the and is unforgettable!!!! Very recommended!

A must experience for trip to Cancun area. We retained much of Mexican culture and Mayan ritual through the high quality shows. The plus package with lockers, great variety buffet lunch, and Mexican show is recommended.
The bad experience is there were too much sales pressure for people to spend more $ in addition to the already high price entrence plus transportation package. From Mayan birth certificate on the bus, needed to walk through line to buy additional activities right after the entrance, to the waiter offering special high priced alcoholic drinks at buffet.
Ended up we spent $250 additional due to pressure sales which tinted the unique experience.

I was told they give you free sunscreen to protect the animals when you enter. This isn’t true. Only if you bring your own sunscreen will they give it to you for free. I paid so much to enter and then they charge you for this. Really annoying.

The Cenote/Underground River is awsome, i would do it again, but it takes you almost a couple hours to do, which by the time you are done you are hungry and then have to hit one of their buffets (2+hours there), that’s half of your day. Then the dolphin area you have to pay extra for that, about 65 dollars for the Dolphins only, i think that outrageous. 2 other activities that you also have to pay, (didn’t ask after the Dolphins dismay). The Kid area sucks (if you have any kids). Some ruins that are ok to check and all the walking to waste time and wait for the night show that starts at 7PM. So, basically you are just paying for the river swim, the food and the show. It’s not worth the money. The show is awesome, the river and the food are just ok. But for the amount of money you have to pay, no way. I would not do it again.
