Really great way of discovering Mexico’s culture. The park is huge! Purchase the Xcaret plus package, you get the full experience. Do not miss the show, it was amazing! The rivers are great, even a non-swimmer like me was able to do it. Listen to the instructions in the bus, pay attention to the details. Do the rivers later because there are less people. Bring a waterproof phone case, they are about 50 USD on site! The food at the Laguna buffet was great.

My favorite part of Xcaret was the night time performance 7-9pm and the river trip. That being said, I also loved the flamingoes, jaguars, monkeys and other animals and really appreciated the sublime beauty of the Mexican cemetary. I did not have chance to see everything so will plan on coming back again.

Husband and I came to Cancun for our anniversary and Xcaret was on list do explore and It’s was beautiful will come here many more times. Definitely will bring family.

I love Xcaret! It’s like the American Disney. I do think it’s overpriced for the extra activities it offers $160 for pictures and video after the dolphin experience I think is too much. Most National and South American tourists exclude this extra activities as the entrance plus extra activities is $$$ don’t miss the show at the end of the night. I do think the other show was better and don’t seat in the chairs below try to seat mid-level on the sides! Buy your tickets days or months in advance it gives you extra discount.

You can’t come to the Yucatán peninsula and not visit this place. Be prepared to spend the day here.
