We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun, Costa Mujeres and Riviera Maya up to Playa del Carmen, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

Puerto Morelos
All activities take place in Puerto Morelos. Combine adrenaline, adventure and your skill inside the Mayan jungle in an ecological tour immersed in the jungle. Enjoy a circuit of zip lines, ATVs and also horseback riding, an interactive cenote with 2 zip lines and a jump platform, lunch with soft drinks included and a rest area.

It was so lit 🔥 the drive was a little ways but they provided transportation so that was good. The atv was fun even though you had to stay in a single line but we still had fun. The ziplining was pretty cool for my first time. There were about 6 lines and climbing up the towers was a little challenging lol but we made it. The cenote was nice too. I had a great time.

Waste of money!
Atv never got over 5mph and stopped every 45 seconds. Got insurance thinking we’d be utilizing the atv as they are meant. So not needed at 5 mph. We did one very short lap, maybe took 20 mins and it was frustrating the entire time stop for stop go.
Swimming hole was just that, a hole. No room to swim because they have a jump platform that needs most of the room.
Ziplines where short and unstable. If it’s your first time it maybe fun but otherwise it was nothing worth climbing those unstable, steep platforms.
Food was good but you had to wait till the very end to eat.
Whoever was on your bus on the way is who you must leave with even if you’re only doing 2 activities and they are doing 3 to 5.
No phones allowed so you have to buy their over priced pictures and rent their lockers.
Staff was over all great beside a few but thats bond to happen.
States it was a 5 hour adventure but we got done in 2 hours.

Not good. Avoid. Better equivalents out there.

Positives first.

Staff were friendly and the transport wasn’t too bad from cancun. Aldo was very friendly and guided us around the cenote.

Negatives.

The second you step off the bus expect to have lots of sales people bombard you.

We upgraded to private cenote with all you can eat and tequila tasting. Was a waste of time. 15 mins in cenote, out eat some tacos and leave. It was sold as a beautiful cenote that was quiet and that we would get 1hr40 there lol. We had an hour at most and that included transport, getting changed and food. It was nice, water was refreshing but the public cenote way better and not crowded at all. We were charged for everything from water to lockers but bought package all inclusive.

ATV was a waste of time for anyone who has ridden one before and would be tricky for those who have never ridden one as the track was very slippery and bunny buy quads were not good. A short track of maybe 800m and do a couple laps of bumpy terrain at around 6mph and again rushed. We were told if we don’t speed through zip lines, we won’t get much time on ATV. this should not be an issue, we booked and paid for the activities so we should be given the opportunity to enjoy them. Brakes didn’t work on ATV and tyres were poor so no grip and just boring.

Zip lines were fun for kids but I’ve seen bigger at our local park in UK.

Rush through all activities to then be pressured to buy pictures for almost 100dollars US then rushed out.

I wouldn’t recommend this trip, there are better equivalents. I done another that was unbelievable compared to this one. I would have left 1 star but the staff were nice and I get they are trying to make a living, however when you paying for a service that’s what you expect.

Fun thing to try for a new experience but, the roads for the ATV was short and bumpy. The zip lining was good, nothing extravagant and the lunch was horrible.
